                                                        Grand Central Terminal

New York is a sophisticated city, it is a collection of the culture of other countries, write the brilliant history. This city is one and the only one and has one special thing, it is unique, it is also complex and brilliant. It is a building, and this building first appeared in front of the world is in 1903. It had existed for more than a hundred years, it is in the center of New York, its existence as a patron saint. The building has been bearing the imprint of time, each brick and every side of the glass is stained with the dust of history. It is indifferent, every day it has to witness more than 500 flights of departure and arrival, and nearly 500000 people pass it by on this railway station, undertake the world's transport workers in the roughest toil. It is sophisticated, it has 44 platforms and 67 tracks. It is gorgeous, the Notre Dame style staircase, more than 2,500 stars connected to the dome of the twelve palace map. A four-sided clock made out of cat's eye, and highly artistic sculpture group. It has a long story, more than one hundred years of ups and downs, it has experienced lows and glories with the United States, and participated in the second World War. It is called the Grand Central Terminal, and it has the Vanderbilt family crest at everywhere: oak leaves. Its central location and commercial value put it on the brink of demolition. Fortunately, the president and his wife were strongly opposed to it, and then in 1983 was included in the National Handbook for the Protection of Historical Relics. It is the narrator of American history of 100 years, is also the landmark building of New York, and the representative of the economy. This terminal is once in a blue moon, like New York.
