The Grand Central Station was first built in 1903 by the Vanderbilt. Snook while it was all financed by Cornelius Vanderbilt. Grand Central dominated midtown Manhattan as it hosts 44 platforms and 67 tracks. This station alone covers 49 acres of land and is visited by 750,000 people every day. This historic landmark defines New York City as it is one of the most visited places in the whole country.
